How it works
The first 30 days.
The call and a written proposal come first. Day 1 is the day we have access to your systems and records. Dates below are the plan. Your proposal confirms them for your structure.
- The call30 minutes
We ask, you decide
Your structure, your lender, your reporting dates. We tell you what we would build and what it costs. If we are not the right firm, we say so.
You haveA rough scope, a rough tier, and an honest read on fit.
- After the callProposal
Scope and fee in writing
Deliverables, close calendar and fixed monthly fee, written down before work starts.
You haveA proposal that confirms your 30-day date.
- Day 1Access
We read your credit agreement
Read-only access to bank, accounting and servicing data. We pull every reporting obligation, definition and test date out of the agreement.
You haveA one-page reporting calendar and a short list of what we need from you.
- Week 1Books
Tied to bank, one ledger per deal
We review the existing books against bank and facility records. We map the chart of accounts to MCA mechanics, write down the default and charge-off policy, and open a ledger for every deal. Operator and Institutional also get the full diagnostic: funding model, cost of capital, systems and controls.
You haveA gap list ranked by lender risk.
- Weeks 2 and 3Build
History, tape and a draft package
Reconcile deals to cash and participant balances to remittances, rebuild the history we need, build the data tape, collections by vintage and stratifications, and draft the borrowing base and covenant tests from the ledger.
You haveA draft lender package that ties to the books.
- Week 4First close
Closed month, reviewed package
First close alongside your team. A CFO-level partner reviews the lender package. We walk you through it so you can answer your lender.
You haveA closed month, a reviewed package and a monthly calendar.
- Day 30Handoff
Target: first package, as scoped
Books closed and reconciled. Deal and participant ledgers. Capital partner statements. Diligence folder. Support kept by deal. Lender package for your facility.
You haveThe four readiness standards set in your proposal, with the date confirmed there.
